"Exploring a Religious Agenda in Our Schools"

When: Wed., Feb. 27, 7 p.m. 2013

The big name in tonight's 7 o'clock panel at Colorado College's Armstrong Hall (14 E. Cache la Poudre St., coloradocollege.edu) is Richard Dawkins. Yes, the internationally known atheist, evolutionary biologist and author of everything from The Selfish Gene to The God Delusion to his most recent The Magic of Reality, will be here with three of his compatriots to discuss religious agendas in public schools. More specifically, the conversation will revolve around the Child Evangelism Fellowship's Good News Clubs. (We don't actually have any here in the Springs; why we don't, in such a heavily religious community, might be an interesting question to ask.) Tickets are $10 and available at rdf-ticketing.myshopify.com. — Kirsten Akens

Price: $5-$10
