We've been telling you the story of young medical-marijuana patient Chaz "Bill Smith" Moore (a pseudonym he picked up when the unaffiliated Colorado Independent first reported his story) since last year. After following along as he was forced to leave Harrison School District 2's Sierra High School, we checked in with him again in January of this year.
"Before Chaz started on MMJ, the family spent 117 days in the ER, a hospital room or a doctor's office ..." reporter Sonja Bjelland wrote. "He could have as many as 25 attacks in a day. Now a bad day means six attacks. He can take his medicine, 150 mg twice a day, and he's on his way again."
Well, the Denver-based I-News Network has been doing some good work on medical marijuana lately, and that continues with its profile of Moore, which includes interviews with his father Shan, as well as a shot of the teenager partaking of his smoked medication while suffering a hiccup-like attack.
