The real return of James Davis



I'll have more for you in this week's Side Dish, but figured I'd go ahead and share the new menu at Springs Orleans, formerly known as Il Postino.

A pretty space with a new name and new chef.

With the news of the name change comes the bigger news that longtime Blue Star chef James Davis has been named the executive chef; he was formerly in the sous chef position under transitional head Seles Bowser.
