Though local numbers haven't yet hit, early returns across the state show Amendments 60 and 61 and Prop 101 going down.

With 9 percent of the polls in, the Denver Post is reporting No votes at 75 percent and higher for 60 and 61.

Indy reporter J. Adrian Stanley, who is over at Nosh keeping an eye on the city and state issues, spoke with Mike Kazmierski, head of the Colorado Springs Regional Economic Development Corp.. He says, "It's a shame that we have to spend so much money to educate the voters on initiatives that can hurt the state when we have so many people in need of jobs and economic initiatives."
