Though a good portion of the menu hasn't changed since the 1980s, everything else about Adam's Mountain Café has been going through a rebirth in a new location. How successful that's been is addressed in this week's review, while some of the photographic proof is below. (Note: Descriptions are copied from the restaurant's menu.)

Turkey Burrito:  A whole-wheat tortilla filled with seasoned refried and black beans, white cheddar, and brown rice topped with fresh guacamolé, sour cream, greens, tomatoes and scallions. Smothered with your choice of chipotlé salsa, vegetarian red chili or vegetarian green chili. - BRYCE CRAWFORD
